We provide counselling services for children, youth, couples, and families that aim to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. THK CFH @ Circuit also offers specialised counselling for individuals and family members affected by problem gambling, aimed at addressing the challenges associated with this issue.
Personalised Theraplay
Our Personalised Theraplay programme focuses on fostering natural patterns of playful and healthy interactions between parents and children, with the goal of strengthening family relationships. We believe in the power of bonding through play to create a positive family environment.
Play Therapy
Play Therapy is a therapeutic approach that harnesses the innate language of children – play – to help them express their feelings and experiences. This method enables children to communicate their emotions in a safe and supportive setting.

For parents whose children attend primary and secondary schools in the Boon Lay and Taman Jurong area, we offer two evidence-based parenting programmes:
1. Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P): This program is designed to support parents in preventing behavioral, emotional, and developmental problems in their children and teenagers. It is an evidence-based approach for parents who require guidance in parenting.
2. Singposts: Signposts is an evidence-based group program that assists parents in understanding and managing their child’s behavior. It provides valuable tools for parents to navigate and nurture their child’s development effectively.
