Mr Ardi Saban Hardjoe has more than twenty years as a professional in the Singapore healthcare, eldercare, disability and social service sectors. He has accumulated extensive ground experience and helmed strategic projects in his leadership roles.

Mr Ardi is a turnaround specialist who led the optimisation of revenue in all businesses under his management, in record time. A seasoned leader with a sharp business acumen, Mr Ardi has translated his insights into numerous viable programmes and services. His work is invariably imbued with a service attitude of humility, continuous learning and improvement. He obtained MSc qualifications in the Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems and an accredited social worker. He has invested in the application of technology and digital science to advance programmes and services, and enhance workplace productivity.
