We explored the theme of “Self” and made stick puppets with yarn and pipe cleaners. Xavier created Jonathan (his best friend and brother) together with himself. With the stick puppets, Xavier engaged in dramatic play as he created his narrative together with Jonathan, which includes playing with toys and going outdoors to at the park, as well as eating and doing work together. The puppets also hugged each other as Xavier created conversations of brotherly love and friendships.
