Minister Yaacob Ibrahim, as part of showcasing the National Library Board’s “Value Added” (VA) programme for seniors in the community, visited THK Seniors Services @ Taman Jurong. The lively place has a library corner, a current affairs discussion group headed by Lianhe Zaobao and Lianhe Wanbao, and is now also participating in the VA programme, which involves seniors doing a series of hands on activity such as craftwork and gardening.
