THK Home Help Services – East & West

THK Home Help Services (HHS) were created to assist and support frail elderly to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, thereby enabling the elderly to ‘age-in-place’ as well as to delay institutional care. THK Home Help Services (HHS) provide Meals on Wheels (MOW) and Medical Escort & Transport (MET) services. MOW prepares and delivers healthy meals to frail or elderly clients. MET provides medical escort services for the elderly, to accompany them safely for medical appointments and follow-up visits.
