Home Help ServicesTHK Home Help Service is a comprehensive program crafted to assist frail and homebound seniors, empowering them to stay within the community despite physical vulnerability. Our services encompass Meals-on-Wheels (MOW) for nutritional support and assistance, along with Medical Escort and Transport (MET) services in the East and South regions, ensuring effortless access to medical appointments for frail, wheelchair-bound, and homebound single seniors.

THK Home Help Service offers two core programmes, including:
Meals-on-Wheels (MOW)
Delivery of meals to seniors’ doorsteps within selected boundaries to ensure basic nutrition, enhancing their quality of life in the community.
Operational 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with options for Lunch, Dinner, or Both.
Variety of diet options available for selection (e.g., Porridge only).
Service admissions assessed based on eligibility criteria.
Medical Escort and Transport (MET)
Arrangement of transport services to hospitals and polyclinics.
Vehicles equipped with handicap-friendly modifications.
Medical escorts assigned to frail clients, providing assistance throughout medical appointments.
Service admissions assessed based on eligibility criteria.
Service availability subject to demand and supply.
