Ms Fatima Mustafa joined THKMC on 1 July 2020 as a Divisional Director of the Programme Development and Innovation Office (PDIO). She now leads the Strategy and Innovation Division (SID). She drives the organisation’s strategic plans with her team who are also responsible for programme development and innovation in THKMC’s services.
Ms Fatima is a veteran of the social services sector with 2 decades of experience of working in public sector agencies. She was conferred the Public Service Administration Medal for Efficiency (Bronze) in 2014. Her last portfolio in the public sector was with the Ministry of Social and Family Development as the Director of Disability Office. She has worked in the private sector driving corporate HR and for Temasek Foundation in the capacity of Director of Programmes.
She has a Master of Science (MSC) in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Master of Science (MSC) in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in addition to a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons) in Economics and Management from University of London.
