Mr Andy Lee joined THKMC in February 2012, after his experience in the financial sector. He has served in several functions including administration, procurement and volunteer management before heading THK Home Care & Home Help Services Division in 2018. THK Home Care & Home Help Services Division has grown in capacity and capabilities culminating in the Service Excellence Medal in the National Healthcare Innovation Project 2020.
In 2021, he was also appointed the Divisional Director for THK Elderly Services Division. From Jul 2021 to Jun 2022, he was appointed by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) as a work group member to produce the Good Practices Handbook for Home Care. In the same year, he was also spotlighted as one of the 40-Under-40 by NCSS. In 2022, his Division received two Gold Awards in the Community Care Excellence Awards for Productivity Improvement and Client Experience respectively. Andy was also recognised in Dec 2022 with the Public Service Medal (COVID-19).
From July 2023, both divisions merged into THK Seniors’ Community Services, and under his leadership, THK AAC @ Bedok was proudly featured at the National Day Rally 2023.
Andy holds a Bachelor in Commerce in Management and Marketing from Murdoch University, and was the inaugural batch of graduates from SUSS’ Masters in Non-Profit Management programme in 2018. His interests include sports and reading.
