Jason Lee was appointed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) on 1 March 2023. Prior to that, he has served as THKMC’s Chief Operating Officer since 1 July 2018, and has over 20 years of experience in the social service sector and in leadership management capacities. Jason, who has a background in human resources and management, has created a people-centric culture for talent retention and professional development.
In THKMC, Jason has served in various departments, including Information Technology, Corporate Development and Food Operations. He has also served as the Director of Administration, Human Resources, and Elderly Services at THKMC, which gave him a 360-understanding of THKMC’s corporate functions, business pillars as well as the suite of social services for its diverse clients.
Jason studied Human Resources and Management at Murdoch University, and obtained his Master of Science in Marketing from Baruch College (New York).
