A hands-on and seasoned HR professional, Mui Lee joined THKMC as Divisional Director of Human Resources on 26 January 2021. She spent more than 25 years in organisations such as the Agency for Integrated Care, Ministry of Manpower, ST Kinetics and Ministry of Home Affairs. In the span of her career, Mui Lee was responsible for a wide spectrum of human resource functions, including business partnership, as well as compensation and benefits.
In her previous appointments as Deputy Director, Mui Lee was deeply involved in the HR transformation initiative which included the introduction of a Business HR model, regular compensation benchmarking and reviews, streamlining and digitalising HR processes as well as the successful implementation of job redesign for support officers.
