Seniors Group HomesTHK Seniors Group Homes (SGH) is an initiative developed and funded by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), in collaboration with the Housing Development Board (HDB) and THKMC. Presently, we operate three SGHs located at Ang Mo Kio, Indus Road and Pipit Road.
Our SGHs are designed to offer assisted living, allowing seniors to co-reside independently in designated HDB rental flats. These living spaces are thoughtfully retrofitted with elder-friendly features, complemented by support from community-based services. The goal is to empower seniors to continue residing in the community for as long as possible, promoting a life of dignity, integrity and respect.
