Thank you for visiting the Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Website (hereinafter the “Website”). By using or accessing the Website, you agree to the requirements legally bound by the Terms of Use, as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 12 below.

  1. PROPRIETY RIGHTS

The Website is solely owned and operated by Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (hereinafter “THKMC”).

  1. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

No materials, including but not limited to, the website design and layout, graphics, images and hyperlinks from this website may be imitated, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of THKMC, except that you may download one copy of the material on a single computer for your own personal domestic use only, provided you keep intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices. Otherwise, the act will constitute of violation of copyright and intellectual property rights of THKMC.

You must not commit to any act that will or may interfere with this website’s accessibility and/or proper functioning, or that will or may place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on THKMC’s servers.

Should THKMC receive complaints on user conduct, it reserves the right to ban that user from further participation at our discretion.
