There are ad hoc projects and projects that require a minimum period of commitment available. For more information about volunteering opportunities, please visit the THK Aviators Telegram Channel.
Yes. Volunteers will receive training and supervision before coming into direct service delivery contact with our beneficiaries. Volunteers involved in ad hoc projects will also be trained.
Volunteers can only request the letter after completing a minimum of 100 hours of voluntary work.

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT POLICY
THK Volunteer Management Unit (VMU)’s standard operating procedures and policy encompasses areas and boundaries set for volunteers of THK. Through this Manual, guidelines and frameworks are established to convey key messages of the organisation’s initiative to augment the workforce of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC). Other aspects of this Manual covers governance, resolving conflicts, providing support and recognition for volunteers, and bridging collaborations between internal and external stakeholders to achieve a positive, inclusive and meaningful experience.
