THK
CrestTHK Community Resource, Engagement & Support Team (CREST) focuses on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia. We aim to promote early recognition of at-risk individuals, and provide essential emotional support to both individuals and their caregivers.

THK CREST collaborates with various community partners to facilitate preventive activities, reducing the risk of mental health issues. We conduct meaningful activities to support clients’ well-being and stimulate their cognitive functions. THK CREST also serves as a community hub, linking individuals to relevant health and social care services when necessary.
THK CREST is a vital programme under the Community Mental Health Masterplan developed by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and Ministry of Health (MOH). This initiative enables individuals living with mental health issues and dementia to access early treatment closer to their homes, ensuring comprehensive support within the community.
Our clients are referred to us via the Integrated Referral Management System (IRMS). Please reach out to AIC at 1800-650-6060 to speak to a Care Consultant if you wish to be referred to THKMC.
