Mr Chang Long Jong has close to 40 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, taking on various leadership roles in media management, content production and distribution, talent management, live entertainment, and digital media transformation. Mr Chang retired in late August 2025 from his full-time executive role after 8 years in mm2Asia as the Group CEO. Before joining mm2 in 2017, Mr Chang was the Deputy CEO of Mediacorp. He currently sits on the Boards of a few commercial and charity organisations.
Mr Chang has been volunteering his services and making contributions in various national and industry projects. He is a past member of the Speak Mandarin Council, Pioneer Generation Taskforce, Advisory Board of Singapore Media Festival and Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Advisory Committee. He is presently an advisory panelist of U, a NTU alumni magazine.
