Ms Pauline Sim, BBM, PBM, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience. She has worked across a range of diverse industries such as Hospitality, Construction, Marine Oil & Gas, and Technology, and has led HR operations in Southeast Asia and West Africa.

She currently serves as Group Chief Human Resource Officer (Advisory) on a retainer basis at Cathodic Protection Technology Pte Ltd. Pauline also played a key role in Haulio Pte Ltd—a logistics tech start-up—serving as HR Consultant, HR Director, and Board Director between 2018 and 2024. Her previous leadership roles in Public Listed Companies include Vice President of HR & Administration at SWISSCO Holdings, Head of HR & Administration at Jasper Investments and Senior HR Manager at Econ International.

A strong advocate for organisational development, Pauline has extensive experience in HR policy, performance management, compensation and benefits, corporate governance, and strategic workforce planning. She holds a Master of Science in Business Management with a specialisation in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University (UK).

Beyond her professional career, Pauline has dedicated nearly 40 years to community service. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the West Coast Citizens’ Consultative Committee, Family Life Champion, and Council Member of the South West Community Development Council.

She is serving as a Board Member at Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre for over 7 years now and is currently chairing their HR Board Committee.

She is also a Deputy Registrar of Marriages / Licensed Solemniser since 2005, having solemnized many weddings and served as a mentor under the Registry of Marriages’ Journey of Love programme.

For her contributions to the nation and community, she was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2002 and the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2019.
