Active Ageing CentresTHK Active Ageing Centres (AACs) serve as a social-recreational go-to-place for seniors to foster and build strong connections in the neighbourhood. Together with our community partners, we extend support to seniors living in the vicinity, allowing our seniors to build healthy social bonds, participate in recreational activities and contribute to their neighbourhood community.

Physical Health
Exercises such as Zumba, qigong, yoga, stretch-band, rhythmic workout, low-impact aerobics, square-stepping and line dancing
Community Nursing Post
Vital Signs Monitoring
Functional Screening
Vaccination
TCM Clinics
Doctors-On-Wheels Clinic
Social and Recreational Activities
Games such as Rummy-O, Bingo, mahjong, Nintendo Wii games
Art & Craft such as Chinese calligraphy, pressed-flower arrangement, painting, sewing

Other Programmes
Seniors have the opportunity to contribute to the community by volunteering at the centres or becoming Micro-Jobbers in their neighbourhoods. Our centres also provide support to vulnerable and homebound seniors through befriending, Alert Alarm System (AAS) monitoring and responding, and assistance in putting up referrals to other services or programmes tailored to the specific needs of each senior.
For seniors eager to join our centres, feel free to visit if you meet the following criteria:
Age 60 and above
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Reside within the service boundary of the centre
