Young At HeartTHK Young at Heart was established to serve seniors in the Ang Mo Kio area and beyond. The centre fosters a strong sense of kampung spirit among seniors and stands as one of THKMC’s distinctive models, actively encouraging volunteerism. Members are empowered to contribute to and participate in running the centre’s activities, creating a vibrant and engaged community.

THK Young at Heart aspires to be a dynamic centre, fostering cognitive alertness and social engagement among seniors. It serves as a platform for seniors to embrace a lifelong learning attitude, acquire new knowledge and skills while gracefully and actively ageing-in-place.
Physical Health
Aimed at encouraging socialisation through mutual support, the centre provides a communal space for seniors to organise activities and programmes, promote active ageing and life-long learning.
Volunteerism Among Seniors
The centre also encourages seniors to actively participating in volunteer activities and contribute to the community.
Alert Alarm System (AAS) Monitoring
The centre also keeps a close eye on the AAS installed within the Studio Apartment (SA) units to ensure the safety of residents, providing prompt assistance in the event of triggered alarms or emergencies within the SA units.
For seniors eager to join our centres, feel free to visit if you meet the following criteria:
- Age 60 and above
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Reside within the service boundary of the centre
